29. What’s the real twitter logo font? pico font!

I got a tip for a nice, real twitter style font.
@yager said: “I use Pico in twignature logo making. It’s released before the launch of Twitter.”

I contact Masayuki Sato, the designer from Maniackers Design, who created the pico font and he said:
“Pico font  has been similar to the logotype of twitter :-)

You can download this font here: wind.ne.jp/maniackers/pico.html

Please note: “…use the font “Read Me” before usage. You may be charged for commercial use.”

28. twe2.com (beta)

sms your tweets… registration and phone verification will works… another actually no?!

Twe2 is a Free SMS service that is advertising funded brought to you by the guys behind Tweba.com and Frienddeck.com

Twe2 is Free Twitter SMS alerts in Europe and beyond. We don.t charge you to receive an SMS, Twe2 is Totally Free and we mean it.

We got sick of not being able to get our Twitter alerts via SMS in Europe so we decided to take matters into our own hands and do it ourselves.

Unfortunately as Twe2 sends your Direct Messages to you via SMS, at the moment there is no other way than to ask you for your password in order to do this. We take password security very seriously. If at anytime you are not happy with Twe2, you can remove your account and all traces from the Twe2 service.

The Twe2 service is in beta. We are testing it in the UK and a few other countries with certain functions which will gradually increase over the next few weeks with the plan to roll Twe2 out over the rest of Europe and beyond in the not so distant future.

Twe2 is partnered with the Wadja Network to bring you an awesome free Twitter SMS alert service. To keep Twe2 free, we append an advert from the network onto each SMS from the advertising network which in our mind is a small price to pay for such a cool service.

Some information:

Twe 2 is an exciting development for the world of Twitter.

Twe 2, developed by Paul Rawlings (@prawlings) and Paul Kinlan (@PaulKinlan) allows the you to recieve your Direct Messages, @replies and custom search terms direct to your mobile phone via SMS for FREE (Advertisment supported – adverts are inline).

27. zebramelody.com

Twitter music service: just type @getsong and your favourite band name and receive a link with music… (example: @getsong U2)

What is ZebraMelody?
ZebraMelody.com is an aggregator of musical websites, via which the users can listen to the songs of a certain artist or band, according to their discography or most popular tracks. Moreover, users have access to lyrics, relevant links, a list of similar artists and a top with the most listen to artists on the website.

Why Zebra Melody?
We have a fetish for zebras. We are obsessed with the dilemma “Is the zebra white with black stripes or black with white stripes?”

Where does Zebra take its information from?
Zebra compiles the best features from websites like YouTube (videos), LyricsFly (lyrics), LastFm (most popular songs & similar artists), DiscDogs (certain details &info) or MyStrands (features like the search) in order to offer complete and useful information about what is listened to.

20. twiturm.com

What is Twiturm?

I make music, a lot of people I know make music and a lot of us use Twitter. Some as a promotional tool, some just as a form of communication. But every now and then I; like most of you, want to share what I create with those that follow me. In the process I didn’t like uploading my music to one site, going to another site to make a short url then posting on Twitter. Hence the idea for Twiturm was born. One place to store, stream and post your music to Twitter. No other convoluted sites.

Twiturm is not intended to be used as a place to share music that you didn’t create and we hope users don’t abuse the site. Twiturm is not for their music it’s for your music.
Twit Ur Music:Twiturm

3 steps required: login with your Twitter username & password, upload your music & share your musictweet.
